Business Partners can offer bundled services from IBM Lab Services in their Storage opportunities on selected storage products at no charge to the End User.

Overview

End Users of IBM Business Partners can receive post sale implementation services from IBM Lab Services at no charge when they acquire eligible IBM Systems Storage products.

The promotional services must be included in the product proposal. Requests made for services after product shipment will not be accepted.

Services must be used within 6 months of the approval date.

Ordering


The promotional services must be included in the product proposal. Requests made for services after the product shipment will not be accepted. Follow the 4 steps in the 'How To Claim' section PRIOR to submitting orders for the eligible products.

How to claim

To include IBM post sales implementation Lab Services in your proposal follow these 4 steps:

1. Business Partner must send the deal specifics to the IOT Sales Leader for the eligible product asking for approval. Nomination Template and IOT Sales Leaders provided in the Operations Guide.  Only proceed to Step 2 if approved.
2. Optional:  Include the proposal insert into the deal proposal for the End User. Proposal insert located in the Operations Guide.
Only proceed to Step 3 if End User signs the deal.
3. Contact the Lab Services Opportunity Manager listed below for your Geo to create an APS Letter and schedule the engagement.
4. Have the End User review and acknowledge the APS Letter scope and terms and return to the Lab Services Sales & Opportunity Manager via email.
