Overview
IBM has increased the One Time Charge price for the new version of DB2 SQL Performance Analyzer as well as the annual support charge for the product to reflect significant value in new features and functions that have been added to the latest version of the product offering. Significant enhancements were introduced in the area of identifying access path changes within plans and packages as well as evaluating access path impacts based upon proposed changes to the system.
For Subscription & Support, we have also made an incremental adjustment so that, over time, we can bring our S&S price as a percentage of OTC price more in line with current industry trends.

Today, IBM announces increases in purchase prices on March 1, 2016 The new, higher purchase prices are effective March 1, 2016. The increased purchase prices do not apply to orders that were received by IBM before March 1, 2016, and the on-order machines will be shipped on or before March 1, 2016. State and local government customers: The increased purchase prices do not apply to orders that were received by IBM before March 1, 2016. In addition, the machines must be shipped on or before the estimated shipment date in effect on March 1, 2016, or be shipped on or before March 1, 2016, whichever is later. For machines purchased under an existing IBM volume commitment or special bid, the respective price protection provisions apply.
