Steve Astorino

Steven is a member of the IBM Canada senior leadership team. He is the VP of development for our Data and AI (Artificial Intelligence). He also leads the IBM Canada Labs for all of Canada and is located in the Markham location, which is one of our IBM Global labs supporting a number of our development products used by clients around the globe. Steven is recognized for his expertise in leading large enterprise development teams. He’s worked with Clients and IBM teams as an experienced change agent to drive improvements and efficiency in how technology is used. He is recognized for being able to combine the deep technical knowledge with a Business lens, as clients work through their next chapter in digital reinvention and transformation journeys. Most recently Steven has been leading the Data, Machine Learning and Data Science strategy for IBM’s Data and AI group, has delivered key strategic solutions including Cloud Pak for Data, IBM Machine Learning, Watson Studio and is a Co-Author of Artificial Intelligence Evolution and Revolution.
