El Acuerdo para Intercambio de Información Confidencial de IBM, le provee los términos y condiciones aplicables cuando una de las partes revela información confidencial a la otra parte. El Cliente debe imprimir este documento, hacerlo firmar por un representante legal de la empresa de El Cliente y devolverlo al Representante de Ventas de IBM.
