The purpose of this tutorial is to help newcomers to IBM® DB2 ® 9 learn how to use ASP.NET.
It acts as a quick, interactive guide that teaches you to develop RAD Web Applications using the
powerful IBM data platform DB2 9 and ASP.NET v2. After following the steps presented
in this tutorial, you will see how easy it is to work with master-detail relationships using ASP.NET v2.

Prerequisites
To complete this tutorial successfully, you need a basic understanding of DB2 9
and a familiarity with using Visual Studio 2005.

- Windows operating system supporting Visual Studio .NET 2005
- This tutorial is developed using DB2 9 Express Edition. Download a free
trial version of DB2
Express-C. Once you have installed DB2 9, install the DB2 add-in and data provider
for .Net 2.0
